Founded in 2006, Dogon Consulting operates in the industry to help companies during the transformation of their Finance function. Dogon’s DNA is characterized by a dual competence: Industrial Management / long-term Project Controlling / Finance and SAP expertise.

Reducing the time spent closing accounts (Fast Close) is as important as the quality of the data that is sent and received.

Reporting, support to decision-making and performance measurement

Performance measurement is based on increasingly complex data and volatile environments.
